We wanted to buy a home in Italy, but didn’t have the time to camp out in Italy and search— we put a lot of trust in Nikki to search for us! 

While, initially, we weren’t sure how that would go, we could not be more pleased. She traveled and looked at a number of properties for us— sending detailed pictures, video, analysis of the properties and surrounding areas (she did a better job than we could have done ourselves!). 

We ended up buying our property without seeing it in person (just based on what Nikki had provided) and it’s the perfect property for us— we’re now enjoying our own little piece of la dolce vita!
